You can also find some KET, PET, FCE, CAE exercises here.
Check out this website. There are some good exercises for all Cambridge ESOL exams. Some of the links are not that good, but you can find really good ones also. And the good thing is that they're all packed together. For some of the exams, there are even    e-books, but for most of the e-books you need  to have subscription for scribd.com.
There are some e-books that you can download for free for Cambridge ESOL exams.
